Product Introduction & Process
  • 1
    Raw Material Inspection

Engineering plastics, copper-alloy strips, silver-alloy contacts, stainless-steel springs, actuating levers, rollers, plungers, rivets, and terminals are inspected for dimensional accuracy, hardness, conductivity, and surface quality.

    2
    Precision Metal Stamping

Terminals, movable contact arms, fixed contact supports, spring plates, and internal conductive components are manufactured using high-speed precision stamping dies. Critical dimensions and forming angles are continuously monitored.

    3
    Contact Riveting or Welding

Silver-alloy contact points are riveted or welded onto the fixed and movable contact components. Contact position, riveting pressure, bonding strength, and surface flatness are inspected to ensure reliable conductivity.

    4
    Spring Forming and Heat Treatment

Snap springs and elastic contact blades are precision formed. Where required, heat treatment and stress relief are performed to achieve stable elasticity, rapid snap action, and consistent mechanical life.

    5
    Plastic Housing Injection Molding

The base, cover, button, and insulating parts are manufactured using precision injection molds. Molding temperature, pressure, material drying, shrinkage, and dimensional stability are strictly controlled.

    6
    Terminal Insertion and Contact Assembly

Fixed terminals, movable contacts, springs, and conductive components are installed into the molded base. Dedicated fixtures ensure correct positioning, insulation clearance, and contact alignment.

    7
    Snap-Action Mechanism Assembly

The spring mechanism, push button, plunger, and contact carrier are assembled. The mechanism is adjusted to provide rapid contact transfer with minimal contact bounce and stable switching characteristics.

    8
    Operating Parameter Adjustment

Operating force, release force, pre-travel, over-travel, movement differential, operating position, and release position are measured. Products outside the specified tolerance are adjusted or removed.

    9
    Lever and Actuator Installation

Straight levers, roller levers, simulated roller levers, hinge levers, or custom actuators are installed according to the model. Lever angle, roller movement, and actuator alignment are inspected.

    10
    Cover Closing and Housing Fixing

The cover and base are joined through riveting, clipping, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, screws, or another model-specific process. The finished housing must remain secure without interfering with internal movement.

    11
    Electrical Testing

Every switch is checked for contact continuity, NO/NC switching sequence, initial contact resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and terminal stability.

    12
Mechanical Life and Contact Reliability Testing

Sample units undergo repeated high-speed operation to verify mechanical durability, contact bounce, switching consistency, temperature rise, and electrical endurance under the specified load.

    13
    Final Inspection and Packaging

Appearance, actuator type, terminal configuration, operating sound, markings, dimensions, and switching performance are inspected. Products are batch-coded and packaged to prevent terminal deformation during transportation.
